Overview
Discover Rwanda and Uganda on a 10 day cross border safari combining primate tracking, savannah wildlife, boat safaris, cultural encounters and some of the region’s best known national parks.
Begin in Kigali before travelling north to Volcanoes National Park, where you can enjoy a cultural experience and track golden monkeys in the forests of the Virunga region.
Cross into Uganda and continue to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park for mountain gorilla trekking. From Bwindi, travel through the Ishasha sector to Queen Elizabeth National Park, where game drives and a boat safari on the Kazinga Channel provide opportunities to see elephants, buffaloes, hippos, crocodiles, lions and other wildlife.
Continue with chimpanzee tracking in Kyambura Gorge before travelling north to Murchison Falls National Park. Spend two nights exploring the park by vehicle and boat before travelling south via Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for a guided rhino tracking experience.
The journey finishes in Entebbe, giving travellers a comprehensive introduction to Rwanda and Uganda in ten days.
